I received my Nutrition degree from the University of San Carlos de Guatemala in 2001 and a M.S. in International Development from Iowa State in 2012. In the past, I have instructed Elementary and Intermediate Spanish courses here at ISU. Before coming to ISU, I also worked on college access programs focused on first generation underrepresented students.
